Construction of a 9,000 sqm production unit, including 541 sqm of office space
For our customer specialized in automotive and heavy truck equipment, as general contractor we have built this production unit with storage/ assembly/ production zones of 5,668 sqm, technical and social rooms of 967 sqm and office space of 541 sqm. Other specifics of the project: controlled temperature upstairs for the assembly of finished products, implementation of runway beams to support a bridge crane of 10 T, heavy traffic slab.
