Developing a logistics park covering 90,000 m² with 3 buildings, dry and positive cold units
This 90,000 sqm multifunctional logistics platform is located near Bucharest, on the exit to A1 highway. The completion of this operation was very challenging due to the tight deadline to assure successive delivery of 3 buildings within a very tight schedule, to P3 group standards compliance and conformity with local standards and including the future needs of extension for the developing logistic park.
The project consists of:
1 multi-user building of 42,800 sqm
1 building of 28,180 sqm for dry products for CARREFOUR
1 building of 19,089 sqm, including a 10,000 sqm positive cold surface for CARREFOUR
